By accessing the services, engaging in project collaboration, or utilizing the infrastructure engineered by Axcora Zetta Core, you (hereinafter referred to as "The Client") automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure operational transparency and legal protection for both parties.
01. Scope of Services #
Axcora operates as a System Architect and Engineering Firm. Our responsibilities include:
- Designing system architecture (JAMstack, PHP, Django, etc.).
- Engineering structural source code according to technical specifications.
- Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and APIs into the project infrastructure.
- Executing initial deployment to the server environment provided by the Client.
02. Data Sovereignty & Infrastructure #
To ensure maximum security and Client autonomy, Axcora enforces the following protocols:
- Hosting & Domain: The Client is solely responsible for providing, funding, and managing hosting, servers, and domain names. Axcora is not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
- API Accounts: The Client must provide their own proprietary API accounts (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI, Claude). This ensures the Client maintains 100% control over data logs, usage costs, and internal corporate privacy.
03. AI Accuracy & Third-Party Reliability #
Axcora integrates third-party neural engines into the Client's ecosystem.
- Accuracy Levels: The Client acknowledges that the accuracy, data interpretation, and responses generated by the AI are entirely dependent on the third-party model performance (e.g., Gemini-1.5-Flash).
- Disclaimers: Axcora provides no warranty and assumes no liability for AI hallucinations, inaccuracies, or business decisions made based on outputs generated by third-party AI engines.
04. Security & Hardening #
While Zetta Core Security PRO implements rigorous proactive hardening (neutralizing SQLi, RCE, etc.), the Client acknowledges that no system is 100% immune to cyber threats.
- Axcora is responsible for building defenses based on the latest industry standards at the time of deployment.
- The Client is advised to conduct periodic security audits and maintain strict confidentiality of their server credentials.
05. Intellectual Property & Ownership #
Upon full payment, the Client is granted the right to use the project implementation. However, core architectural methods, specific proprietary code libraries, and the Zetta Core logic remain the intellectual property of Axcora Lab. The Client is prohibited from redistributing or reselling Axcora core code without express written consent.
06. Limitation of Liability #
Axcora shall not be held liable for financial losses, data loss, or business interruptions caused by:
- Failure of third-party services (Hosting/API/Domain).
- Sudden policy changes from AI model providers.
- Negligence in managing access credentials (passwords/API keys) by the Client.
